Standard Terms and Conditions
A signed copy of the following Standard Terms & Conditions are required for each customer. You can either copy them from these two pages, or a PDF of this agreement. Sign it and fax or mail it to us.
These "Standard Terms and Conditions" supersede any Terms, Conditions, or Limitations in any vendors invoice, confirmation, shipping document or acceptance and goods or services ordered. We require a signed copy of these Standard Terms and Conditions on file for every customer. Please initial each item below indicating you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing:
Prices shown in the printed catalog might not be the most current prices. Please refer to our online version of the catalog to make sure you have the most current pricing. Prices shown in BLACK are for our Oak or Maple wood items, finished with a clear lacquer finish. Prices shown in BLUE are for our Oak or Maple wood items, finished in one of our Standard Stain colors. Prices shown in RED are for either Oak or Maple Melamine. Any custom item in the catalog is by quotations only. All prices show are F.O.B. Plant.

Stains & Finishes:
Do not try to match stains based on the photographs in this catalog. If the project color is critical, please call to request a variety of stain samples. Since these fixtures are made from combinations of solid wood and veneer, stain colors will vary. We will make every effort possible to have the least amount of variation on an order, but different pieces of wood accept stain at a different rate therefore there will be variances. If you need a custom stain match (a stain not shown on page 5), there will be an additional stain charge.

Lead Time:
Our normal production lead time is anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for standard items with an additional 3 to 7 business days for shipping. Allow additional time for engineering of custom items. While every effort is made to meet a ship date, we cannot guarantee a specific ship date when the order is placed.

Ordering:
Place your order by phone, fax or email. We will mail an order confirmation the day after the order is entered. If you don't receive an order confirmation by mail, please call and ask that one is faxed to you. When you receive the confirmation, please look it over to make sure it is correct. Please specifically check parts, prices, finish, quantities, delivery address, and expected ship week.

Shipping:
NEWOOD makes every effort possible to ship orders the most economical, yet safe, method. Most orders ship KD (knock down), but some orders do ship fully assembled. Most orders will ship by LTL Common Carrier. If a carrier is not specified by the customer, NEWOOD will attempt to choose a carrier that has a direct route. We can prepay the frieght and add it to the invoice, ship collect, or use 3rd party billing. Most delieveries are made 3 to 7 business days from the date the order ships. NEWOOD cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed by the freight company. Additional charges may apply if NEWOOD is asked to hold a completed order due to site delays.
